Seafood Kebabs

1	lb.		prawns -or- tiger shrimp
1	lb.		large scallops
1	small		pineapple, cored and cut into
			1" - 2" pieces
16			cherry tomatoes
16			pearl onions
			yakitori sauce

A)	Bring salted water to a boil.  Add seafood to boiling 
	water for 1 minute.  Shell prawns, leaving tails (opt.)
B)	Place 1 each: prawn/scallop, then pineapple, bell pepper,
	tomato and onion.  Arrange on 10-12 skewers, depending 
	on size of above ingredients.
C)	Brush each skewer with yakitori sauce, coating all sides.  
	Let stand 3-4 minutes.
D)	Grill 3-4 minutes on each side -or- place on greased 
	broiling pan and broil 3-4 minutes on each side.
