Lumpia




2	lbs.		ground beef
1	cup		carrots, grated
1	small		onion, minced
2			eggs
3/4	cup		shoyu
	dash		pepper

1	pkg.		lumpia wrappers

A)	Combine ingredients and place about 2 T. filling
	in each wrapper.  Wrap, tucking in the ends.  
	Moisten and seal with cornstarch and water, if
	necessary.
B)	Deep fry in low to medium heat until meat inside
	is cooked.
C)	Serve hot.
